After graduating from the Academy, takes parts in almost all the group art shows in Bulgaria, as well as in many exhibitions of modern Bulgarian art held abroad.

1988 - One-man show at the Varosha Gallery, Lovetch.
1991 - Takes part in a group show at the Gallery of the Union of Bulgarian Artist, 6 Shipka Str., Sofia.

Acquisitions / Collections of work by Krassimir Rangelov

Created figurative compositions and plastic artworks for public spaces and private yards, portraits, plastic artworks for water nirrors, etc., as well as plastic artworks-awards for competitions, exhibitions, fairs and private associations.

Works of Krassimir Rangelov are owned by several museums, nation art galleries and private collectors in Bulgaria and abroad: the National Art Gallery in Sofia, the Art Galleries in Plovdiv, Pleven, Veliko Turnovo etc.; private collectors from The Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, France, Greece, The USA etc…

1983 - Graduated from the National Art Academy, specialized in sculpture.

1987-1989 - Full-time lecturer in sculpture and aesthetics in the University "St. Cyril and St. Methodius", Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria.

"The problem of contemporary sculpture and the garden is one which has rankled in my mind for years. It is usually resolved through a process of inversion-that is turning it into sculpture in the garden as against garden sculpture. By that I mean the sculptor takes over the garden as an open exhibition gallery, of which the focus is their creation, to which the world of nature merely provides the frame.The Idea that sculpture is a contributory element to an overall'mise en scene',in which, sometimes its role may be incedental rather than central, has been lost.In this we have seen the betrayall of the great tradition of garden sculpture, one which was unashamed at being decorative or delightful."
